Hunting in Paris (Open)

Maigo's body stiffened once again, along with the air. Her grip on the rapier tightened as she closed her eyes and looked at the ground, slowly and stiffly nodding once. She felt as though most of her energy had practically been sucked out of her.

"If that was the wolf's original intent, then I can't do much about it, can I?" she muttered wearily. I did want things to be peaceful when I was younger, despite the human's and our differences, but it didn't work out that way, did it? she thought.

ooc: did i already die?? or am i good?

"oyio...."
said Savris as he woke up from his daze from Vance

Vance stood in between Savris and Reks. "Reks, calm down. You don't need to kill him over one action. I agree that it was wrong, but I think he deserves at least one 'forgive and forget' circumstance, as do we all. A second chance to redeem himself, per-say."

"It seems it has awakened from its dazed slumber" He smiled "To bad for It, for it would have been much to painless for the creature." Taking another step toward the werewolf he gave him a choice. "Monster, I give you two choices. One, surrender and let yourself die painlessly. Or two, resist and feel much pain from a fight which will end in my favor" He looked at Vance "Sorry Vance but I made a promise, it is one to die. It has brought fate upon itself no matter what you say or do.... It will die today."

Vance sighed. "So you have not been given a second chance when you did wrong? Never had a chance to prove that you could be good when you did wrong?" He stepped slightly off to the side.

Savris stares in shock at the site of the brutal human who one confronted him about the incident with the oldman

i...will...not...DIE!!

Savris's eyes glow blood red and he begeins to go into rage. Savris stands up and starts swinging at Reks recklesly

What do I do? Stand here and watch, protect the human, protect the wolf...or kill one of them? Or both?

"Savris is a coward...he won't survive whether I help him or not. This is how far he's going to advance in this war." she whispered to herself.

Vance made a last minute decision in the fight. Please work... He thought to himself. He activated his Grav.Def ability, slowing down time from his speed increase. He saw each of Savris' punches, and at the right moment, grabbed his wrist, preparing to stop Savris and Reks at any cost.

((OOC: Savris, you can't put that, its god modding. Just put that you swung at his face.))

Maigo walked towards Vance and Savris. She stopped beside Vance, looking at Savris she pointed her rapier at him.

"Stand down."

Savris continued to roar with blood and drool dripping from his mouth, then he kneels and transforms back to his human form.

"ZZzz......"

Savris is asleep

Maigo quickly turned towards Reks. "You. I understand the promise you and I made but trust me when I say you need to give this wolf a second chance."

"Tch oh come off it you two, let him go so I can kill him with knowing he died being held back" He held up his sword, ready, but he saw him change back. "Damn it all, now it will not be fun at all" He sighed and looked at Maigo. "Life barely ever gives second chances Maigo, it will not have one so it can come back and bite me in the ass someday" He swung the blade at his neck

Vance stepped in the way, blocking the strike with his metal wrist band. He stepped back a bit, breathing heavily. He hadn't removed the bullet from his arm, and was starting to get sore. "This is bad..." He muttered to himself.

Maigo flit in front of Reks and blocked the swing with her rapier. "If it does 'bite you in the ass' someday, I'll kill him myself!" she said. "Give him a second chance, I'll take care of the rest. I gave you one didn't I?"

"Calm down! This doesn't solve anything. Reks still wants to kill him and I still have a silver bullet in my arm." Vance kept his Haru and Zetsu drawn, preparing for another conflict.

"Maigo... we promised" He looked her in the eyes. "I stopped killing them before cause you asked me to, dont ask me for more"

Indeed, that's probably what her parents would have said to her once Maigo made her promise to them..and then break it with letting Reks live. This felt as though she had just been stabbed in the chest. She understood how Reks felt: the same as her. She had promised herself not to kill Reks because he had been through the same things she had, and she found it hard to eliminate someone who was even remotely close to her. Then and there she had broke her old promise.

Maigo didn't have anything to say, but only looked back at him not sure what to do, now.

Without waiting for Reks to respond, she walked over to Savris picking him up and hauling him over her shoulder. "I'd best move this casualty off the field.."

Vance helped her carry him. "No sense in you carrying the entire load."

Maigo sighed. "If he sees you when he wakes up he's probably going to panic like a child.."
